For Quest Industries, a Michigan mold and machining shop, we built an AI-assisted ERP. Forward an RFQ and it reads the drawings, CAD and spreadsheets, drafts the estimate and checks the PO, with people deciding. Its V.P. of Operations called the first quote “like 80% faster”.

    AI reads the package

    Drawings, datasheets, prints and STEP models are read into one brief, with gaps like annual volume or PPAP level flagged.

    AI intake that reads RFQ packages of up to 69 parts and 95 documents into one brief.

    Step 3 of 7

    The estimate is drafted

    Mold estimates are filled in two AI passes and the engine recalculates after every decision. Machining gets a plan, then hours, grounded in past jobs.

    A person reviews and sends

    Nothing goes to a customer without a person's review, and a pre-send check blocks missing prices or terms.

    The customer's purchase order is dragged in, read, and compared with the quote line by line.

    Jobs are booked backward from the promised date, and the CAD bill of materials becomes purchase orders.
