Managed hosting · built and run by one team
Hosting solutions run by the team that built your system.
We host and fully manage the software we build for our clients, on our own cloud or on Amazon Web Services. Releases, testing, error tracking and downtime monitoring are all included, handled by the engineers who wrote the code. There's no hand-off to a separate hosting company.
Systems we run today
Real client systems. One team watching them.
These are systems we built and now host for our clients, from a Michigan machine shop's ERP to two online healthcare schools. Every one has uptime monitoring and error tracking, and the engineers who wrote it are the ones who answer when something needs attention.

Demo service
demo incident
Responses from a demo service are slowing down. Here's what happens next.
- ✓An uptime monitor spots the slowdown and alerts our engineers
- ✓Sentry shows the exact error and the release that introduced it
- ✓The previous version goes back out while we fix the cause
- ✓The fix passes the full pipeline: tests, checks and an engineer's approval
- ✓Back to normal, and the board is green again
Client names are real. The board is an illustration, not a live feed, and the incident is a demonstration.
We Run It for You
For most clients we don't just build the system. We keep it running, and all of this is included.
Downtime Monitoring
Uptime monitors check every system around the clock and alert our engineers the moment one stops answering.
Error Tracking
Sentry logs every error with the detail needed to fix it, so we often fix a problem before anyone reports it.
Tested Before Release
Unit, integration, architecture and use-case tests run before a change goes live. On Quest's system, that's about 8,900 automated tests.
Automated, Approved Releases
Updates ship through automated pipelines, with an engineer's sign-off before anything reaches production.
Security First
Security is built into how we host, from how servers are set up to who can reach them, and every change is reviewed before release.
Room to Grow
When your business grows, we add capacity before you feel it slowing down.
From servers in the building to our cloud
Quest ran on three systems and its own servers. Now it runs on one system we host.
Quest Industries, a Michigan mold-tooling and machining shop, kept its quoting and jobs on an old ERP, a separate workflow platform and a stack of estimating spreadsheets, on servers in its own building that had to be replaced every four to five years. We built one system to replace all three and moved it onto our cloud. We run the releases, the tests, the error tracking and the monitoring, and it works on phones and tablets on the shop floor.

Systems We Build and Run Today
Real clients, running on infrastructure we manage.
Pacific Southwest Container
Packaging manufacturer, 1,000+ employees
Problem: Recycling pickups, logistics and food-safety audits ran on spreadsheets and email.
What we did: Built three apps used from forklift-mounted computers on the floor, and host and run them for PSC.
Result: Manual processes gone, real-time dashboards for the teams, and audit-ready records for food-safety inspections.
California Financial Services
Funding for school-district facilities
Problem: Their school-district clients had no tools of their own for financial reporting and approvals.
What we did: Built an online system for reports, document approvals and signatures, and manage it for them on Amazon Web Services.
Result: Reports, approvals and signatures in one place, with no separate e-signature service.
Financial Planning Ministry
Nonprofit estate planning
Problem: An aging estate-planning system made of pieces that didn't stay in sync.
What we did: Replaced it with one connected system for collecting member details and generating wills and trusts, and host it on our servers.
Result: One system in place of several, and faster and more responsive than the one it replaced.
American Allied Health
Online healthcare training
Problem: Two years with another firm had produced little.
What we did: Built their online school (courses, exams, certificates and a partner portal) and run it on our servers.
Result: Average monthly revenue up more than 20% after launch.
Petra Medical College
Healthcare career college
Problem: A previous firm had spent two years on their online school with little to show for it.
What we did: Built staff, partner and student portals and a public site, and run it all on our servers.
Result: Delivered in five months, on time and under budget.
RealSource Partners
Commercial real estate
Problem: A small team pulling site data by hand from spreadsheets, databases and PDF reports.
What we did: Built Pulse, a map-based tool with all of their data in one place, and have kept it running and updated since 2010.
Result: Revenue up 800% within two years of moving to the new platform.
Sell Your Boards
Electronics recycling buyback
Problem: The business ran on a Squarespace site, emailed orders and payout spreadsheets.
What we did: Built a self-service platform with prepaid shipping labels and order tracking, and run its back end on our infrastructure.
Result: Switched over with zero downtime, then 47 orders and $4,171 paid out in the first week.
Costera
Waste transport and environmental services
Problem: The only software on the market was too expensive, didn't fit how they worked, and wouldn't let them control their own data.
What we did: Built their operations system for quotes, jobs, invoices and government hazardous-waste forms, and host it for them.
Result: About 600 jobs a year run through it: “it’s a one-stop-shop.” Mike Bruno, VP
AJW Attorney Search
Legal recruiting
Problem: Submitting candidates to many law firms, and tracking each firm's response, took too much manual work.
What we did: Built a platform for attorney profiles, firm matching and submissions sent from recruiters' own Office 365 mailboxes, and host it on our servers.
Result: A candidate goes to several firms at once, with every firm's response tracked in one place.
Trusted with the important systems
Pacific Southwest Container, a packaging manufacturer with more than 1,000 people across four facilities, runs its recycling pickups, logistics and food-safety audits on three apps we built. We host and run all three.
Baytech sets the gold standard for what a technology partner should be. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our most important systems.
Cloud Hosting Options: Where Your System Runs
Our cloud, or the one you already use. What we build runs on any major provider, so you're never locked in.
Baytech Cloud
Our own infrastructure, built on Harvester HCI and Kubernetes and managed with Rancher. Most of the systems we host run here.
Amazon Web Services
For clients who want AWS. We build and manage California Financial Services' system there.
Microsoft Azure
A natural fit for .NET and Microsoft-centric organizations. What we build runs there too.
Google Cloud
We built the Carszy driver-safety app for Google Cloud, on the same Kubernetes, Rancher and Argo CD foundations we use everywhere.
Let the people who built it keep it running.
Tell us what you need built and where it should run. We'll tell you plainly what it takes to host and look after it, on our cloud or on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
