Partnership approach
Our partnership approach: we build it, we run it, and we're still here years later.
Most of our clients don't hire us for one project. They stay. We build the system, host it, keep it healthy and keep improving it as the business changes. Our longest partnership began in 2010.
The long run
Partnerships measured in years
Real clients, plotted from the year we started working together. Scroll to watch each relationship grow, from a first project to systems we still host, run and improve today.
- 01
First project
One system that fixes a real problem, planned and priced up front.
- 02
Launch
Released to your people, with quick fixes for whatever they find.
- 03
We run it
Hosting, automated releases, error tracking, monitoring and testing.
- 04
It keeps growing
New phases and features as the business changes.

After Launch, We RunIt
For most of the clients on this page, launch was the start. We host their systems and keep them healthy, year after year.
Hosted for You
Systems run on our servers or on Amazon Web Services, so nobody on your staff has to look after them.
Automated Releases
Every update ships through an automated pipeline, with a sign-off before anything reaches production.
Errors Tracked in Sentry
Every error is captured and tracked, so problems get fixed rather than forgotten.
Monitored
We watch uptime and performance, and respond when something goes wrong.
Tested on Every Change
Automated tests run before every release, so a fix in one place doesn't break another.
A Roadmap That Keeps Moving
New phases as the business changes. Financial Planning Ministry's second phase replaces the rest of their old systems; Quest's quality and maintenance system is next.
Technology Partnerships, NotProjects
What these clients needed, what we did, and what came of it, often over many years.
RealSource Partners
Commercial real estate, since 2010
Problem: A three-person team pulled site data by hand from spreadsheets, databases and PDF reports.
What we did: Built Pulse, a map-based platform with all of their data in one place, and have kept improving and running it ever since.
Result: Revenue up 800% within two years of moving to the new platform.
CashCall
Mortgage lending, 2010 to 2019
Problem: Many agents tracked leads with pen and paper, and promising leads went cold.
What we did: Built Prime, a CRM for lead tracking, follow-up and campaign reporting, and kept extending it for nine years.
Result: Lead tracking rose from 20% to 99%, across more than 100 million leads.
Costera
Waste and environmental services, since 2020
Problem: The only software on the market was too expensive, didn't fit how they worked, and wouldn't let them control their own data.
What we did: One of our owners worked directly with Costera's founders. We built their operations system, and host and run it today.
Result: About 600 jobs a year run through it: “a one-stop-shop.” Mike Bruno, VP
Pacific Southwest Container
Packaging manufacturer, 1,000+ employees
Problem: Recycling pickups, logistics and food-safety audits ran on spreadsheets and email.
What we did: Built three apps used from forklift-mounted computers on the floor, and host and run them for PSC.
Result: “Baytech sets the gold standard for what a technology partner should be.” Mitch Taylor, VP of IT
California Financial Services
Funding for school-district facilities
Problem: Their school-district clients had no tools of their own for financial reporting and approvals.
What we did: Built an online system for reports, document approvals and signatures, and manage it for them on Amazon Web Services.
Result: Reports, approvals and signatures in one place, with no separate e-signature service.
Financial Planning Ministry
Nonprofit estate planning
Problem: An aging estate-planning system, split into pieces that didn't stay in sync.
What we did: Replacing it in phases, starting with member planning and will and trust documents, and running it on our servers.
Result: More responsive than the system it replaced, with phase two taking on the rest.
Why clients stay
Quest's VP of Operations sent slide decks of requests and bugs after every round of testing. Most were closed within a week, and some shipped the next day.
I trust you guys after working with you for a while ... You're not trying to upsell us or underplay something 'cause you don't feel like doing it.
