Creating our Prime Mortgage CRM Software
In 2011, we moved our operation to Intercap, who, at the time, lacked the software to manage marketing and sales processes. In preparation of the move, we constructed a mortgage CRM software called Prime. We brought 75 agents and processors, as well as software, servers, and other IT infrastructure. This move more than doubled the size of Intercap.
While we were assured their operations could handle the expansion, this turned out to be inaccurate. They proved incapable of fixing their bank line issues and operations and after nearly a year, we recognized the need to part ways. By this time, Prime had evolved into a mature and battle-tested mortgage CRM.
