CRM Innovation

In 1998, our client Rick Arvielo sold his printing company that utilized our software. He started New American Funding and asked us to build a direct mail marketing platform. With our collaboration, it evolved to become a full-featured multi-tenant CRM, marketing, agent performance, and accounting platform known as BankerView.

On top of this, we created an instant messenger popup-based lead distribution system which dramatically reduced speeds for lead contact. This innovation has become a standard in CRMs to this day.
